The plates read “First in Golf,” and are official state license tags available through the South Carolina Department of Public Safety. The cost of the plate is $70, in addition to regular fees and taxes. $40 of each plate will be distributed to the South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism into a specific fund for junior golf.
The developmental series has changed somewhat this year. In its place juniors are encouraged to join the First Tee Greenville Players series at Crosswinds. All the information can be found at

Will be held on Mondays at a different course each week. Individual stroke play format is used and juniors accumulate points for 1st, 2nd place etc. Prizes are awarded each week as well. The junior with the best point total advances to the All Star Tournament.
Two players from each division go to the All Star. There we compete as a team against the nineteen other chapters in the state. Cost for the Tournament Series is $100
